سوق ام جى جى (SOUQMGG) منصّة سوق إلكتروني متعدد البائعين تعمل عبر الموقع souqmgg.online وتطبيق الهاتف، وتتيح بيع وشراء المنتجات والعقارات والخدمات داخل جمهورية مصر العربية. خصوصيتك أساس تصميم المنصّة: هويتك وبيانات تواصلك لا تظهر أبداً للطرف الآخر.

البيانات التي نجمعها

رقم الموبايل: يُستخدم لإنشاء حسابك وتسجيل الدخول عبر رمز تحقق (OTP) يصلك عبر واتساب أو رسالة نصية.
بيانات الحساب: الاسم (اختياري)، واسم المتجر إن كنت بائعاً.
الإعلانات والطلبات: المنتجات التي تنشرها وصورها وأسعارها، وطلبات الشراء وسِجل المعاملات.
المحادثات: رسائل التفاوض بين المشتري والبائع داخل المنصّة فقط.
بيانات تقنية: نوع الجهاز والمتصفح وعنوان IP لأغراض الأمان ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.

كيف نستخدم بياناتك

إنشاء حسابك والتحقق من هويتك عبر OTP.
تشغيل السوق: نشر الإعلانات، إتمام الطلبات، تسوية مستحقات البائعين.
حماية المجتمع: كشف الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام وتقييد المحاولات المتكررة.
إشعارك بحالة طلباتك وعروض التفاوض.

الخصوصية داخل المحادثات — تعهّدنا الأساسي

كل التواصل بين المشتري والبائع يتم عبر هوية مجهولة («مشترٍ #١٢» / «بائع #٣٤»). تقوم خوادمنا تلقائياً بحجب أي رقم هاتف أو بريد إلكتروني أو رابط يُرسل داخل المحادثة قبل تخزينه أو عرضه، لحماية الطرفين من التواصل خارج نظام الضمان.

المساعد الذكي (الذكاء الاصطناعي)

يوفّر التطبيق مساعداً آلياً للإجابة على أسئلة خدمة العملاء. عند استخدامه:

يُرسَل نص سؤالك فقط إلى مزوّد نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي (Groq Inc.) لتوليد الرد، مع ملخّص عام عن حالة المنصة (عدد الأقسام والمتاجر المفتوحة) وملخّص مختصر عن طلباتك الأخيرة (رقم الطلب وحالته وإجماليه) لتقديم إجابة دقيقة.
لا نرسل رقم هاتفك أو اسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني أو عنوانك أو أي وسيلة دفع إلى مزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي.
نحتفظ بسجل السؤال والرد داخل نظامنا لمراجعة جودة الخدمة وتصحيح الإجابات الخاطئة.
الإجابات آلية وقد تحتوي على أخطاء، وهي ليست استشارة طبية أو قانونية أو مالية. لا تُستخدم لتحديد جرعات الأدوية.
لا تكتب بيانات حساسة (كلمات السر أو أرقام البطاقات) داخل المساعد.

يمكنك تجنّب هذه المعالجة ببساطة بعدم استخدام شاشة «المساعد الذكي».

مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك لأي طرف ثالث. نشارك الحد الأدنى فقط مع: مزوّد إرسال رسائل التحقق (واتساب/SMS) لتوصيل رمز الدخول، ومزوّد نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي (نص سؤالك فقط عند استخدام المساعد)، ومندوبي التوصيل (اسم منطقة التسليم فقط)، والجهات الحكومية عند وجود التزام قانوني.

حفظ البيانات وأمانها

تُخزَّن البيانات على خوادم مؤمَّنة بتشفير TLS أثناء النقل. رموز الدخول (Tokens) تُخزَّن مشفَّرة باتجاه واحد (SHA-256). نحتفظ ببيانات المعاملات للمدد التي يتطلبها القانون المصري والالتزامات الضريبية.

حقوقك

طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها.
حذف حسابك وبياناتك (مع الإبقاء على ما يُلزم القانونُ بحفظه من سجلات المعاملات).
سحب موافقتك على الإشعارات في أي وقت.

الأطفال

المنصّة موجَّهة لمن هم فوق 18 عاماً ولا نجمع بيانات قاصرين عن قصد.

Who we are

SOUQMGG (souqmgg.online) is a multi-vendor marketplace operating in Egypt via web and mobile app. Privacy is a core design principle: your identity and contact details are never revealed to the other party.

Data we collect

Mobile number — used to create your account and sign in via a one-time password (OTP) sent over WhatsApp or SMS.
Account data — optional name, and store name for vendors.
Listings & orders — products you publish (with photos and prices), purchases, and transaction history.
Chats — buyer–seller negotiation messages, kept inside the platform only.
Technical data — device/browser type and IP address, for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To operate accounts and OTP sign-in, run the marketplace (listings, orders, vendor settlements), prevent fraud, and notify you about orders and offers.

Chat privacy — our core promise

All buyer–seller communication is anonymous ("Buyer #12" / "Seller #34"). Our servers automatically mask any phone number, email, or link sent in chat before it is stored or displayed.

AI assistant

The app offers an automated assistant for customer-support questions. When you use it:

Only the text of your question is sent to our AI model provider (Groq Inc.), together with a general snapshot of the marketplace (section counts, which stores are open) and a short summary of your recent orders (reference, state, total) so the answer is accurate.
We do not send your phone number, name, email, address, or any payment details to the AI provider.
We keep the question and answer in our own system to review quality and correct wrong answers.
Answers are automated and may be wrong. They are not medical, legal, or financial advice, and must not be used to decide medicine dosages.
Do not type sensitive data (passwords, card numbers) into the assistant.

You can avoid this processing entirely by not using the "AI assistant" screen.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We share the minimum necessary with: the OTP messaging provider (WhatsApp/SMS), our AI model provider (your question text only, when you use the assistant), delivery couriers (delivery area only), and authorities where legally required.

Retention & security

Data is stored on secured servers with TLS in transit; access tokens are stored one-way hashed (SHA-256). Transaction records are retained as required by Egyptian law and tax obligations.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct it, delete your account (subject to legally required transaction records), and withdraw notification consent at any time.

Children

The platform is intended for users 18+ and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
